Each night, people in shelters use candles as there is no electricity. Bottled water is provided and tanks are filled daily for washing, but there is a fear of diarrhoea.
"I have had to change my baby's nappy four times already today. I am afraid he has diarrhoea," Eugeny said.
"This is the one thing I didn't want to happen, as the hospital is still only taking emergency cases."
