How should Wales' team prepare?
Gavin Henson
How will Gavin Henson psyche himself up for victory?
Put yourself in their shoes. You wake up tomorrow morning with the realisation that the dreams of an entire nation are riding on you.

Wales' Six Nations stars are on the verge of their first Grand Slam in 27 years.

Saturday's match against Ireland is certainly a massive test of skill and nerve.

So what's the best way to prepare? A hearty breakfast, meditation, training or simply a good lie-in.

We wanted to know what your words of wisdom would be to the boys. Below is a selection of your views.

We'll be with the team in body, spirit and soul, along with many other ex-pats in Las Vegas.Singing and celebrating the best team since the 1970's. Cymru am Byth!!! Jean and Jack
Jack and Jean Tilston, Las Vegas U.S.

Grand Slam Saturday, it doesn't get any bigger than this. It will be a wonderful occasion and I'm sure it will be memorable. Just enjoy yourselves out there and keep playing for each other. All of Wales is behind you - whatever the result you have done yourselves and your nation very, very proud.
Debbie, Porth, Rhondda

My advice is very simple. Just think of the people of Wales and their respect and admiration for you - whatever the result. Good luck to our boys.
Neil Welton, Cardiff

Stay focused lads. You can have this one.
Rob Griffiths, Manchester

Come on Wales you can do it! The expats will be cheering you on in LA.
Robert, Los Angeles (from Pembrokeshire)

These words sum up my feelings (from T.E.Lawrence): All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.
Leighton, Port Talbot

We'll be up early tomorrow to watch the game at a pub here in Toronto. The Welsh ex-pats in Canada are behind you all the way. Pob lwc!!!
Emily Logan-Williams, Toronto, Canada

Treat tomorrow like any other match, keep focused - you can only do your best - you deserve it - the whole nation is behind you!
Sarah, Caerphilly

How nice it is to walk into the office (in London) on a Monday morning with a big grin on my face and surrounded by sullen English rugby supporters! Come on boys! You have set the championship alight with skills not seen in the 5/6 Nations for along time. Relax and play as you have been all tournament. Its there for the taking!
Belli, London (& Cardiff!)

You have nothing to fear except fear itself. You've done yourselves and the nation pround. Go out there and express youselves, and victory will be yours.
Tony, Tampa, Florida

The last time we won The Grand Slam I was 14. I was with my Dad at the family home. Superstition tells me that's exactly where I should be at kick off tommorrow. So come on boys, do it for the Welsh people, for me, for my Dad but most of all for yourselves!! C'mon Wales!!!!
Bernie, Tongwynlais, Wales

You can do it boys - every welsh heart will be with you tomorrow We are all so proud of you
Karen and Nigel Morton, Barry, S.Wales

Molly, Cardiff, Wales

Just keep on doing what you've done! Good luck to all the boys my first international. I couldn't wish for a better one, please make it special. I know i'll cry in the anthem, laugh at Max and cheer for the boys.
Kay Evans, Pontypridd

Give Gavin Henson the biggest pot of Hair Gel and can of St Tropez, keep him away from Church (the Charlotte variety) and hopefully he and the lads can take us to victory!! C'mon boyz!!
Claire T, Cardiff, Wales

Go out there and play your natural game - the rest will follow.

Hefin, Cardiff, Wales

You can do it boys all the welsh ex-pats in suuny Spain are rooting for you!!
Gill, Spain

Wales were lucky against England, Italy, France and, ok, against the Scots. Let's hope they have saved the best for last!
