BBC News has been hearing from a panel of floating voters in Stafford, gathered to watch David Cameron's keynote speech at this year's Conservative Party conference.

The panel members - selected by polling company Ipsos MORI - registered their approval or disapproval of what the Conservative leader was saying using special keypads.

Mr Cameron stood in the Stafford seat in the 1997 general election, but lost out to Labour's David Kidney. In the last election, Labour retained the seat with a majority of 2,121.

In a wide-ranging speech David Cameron told conference delegates that he was "a man with a plan." But did the people of Stafford agree? Watch what happened as the panel saw Mr Cameron speak.
