Green Party: Budget missed 'golden opportunity'

The Green Party leader, Caroline Lucas, said Labour missed a great opportunity to put "fairness at the top of its agenda".

She also told BBC News' Jon Sopel that the 2010 budget should have invested in more environmental issues.
