UKIP: 'EU costs add to UK debt'

Leader of the UK Independence Party, Lord Pearson, told Jon Sopel the big three parties should address "the elephant in the room", the cost of EU membership.

Responding to the 2010 budget, he said the UK's debt will never be brought under control while it is part of the European Union.
