Cass was taken into care when she was ten. She lived in different foster homes until she turned 16 last June.
She then decided to go and live with her father, Martin, and his partner Michelle. This has been working well.
Cass describes what it is like to be living with her dad again.
Cass remains under a care order, so although she lives with her Dad, Leicester City Council still has responsibility for her.
Recently, Cass had to say goodbye to her baby brother who has been adopted. Cass wrote him a letter for him to read when he's older, which the adoptive parents have promised to keep for him.
Cass has now finished her A Levels and is thinking about university.
If she makes it, she will be one of the few in care to do so, and will be entitled to financial support from the council beyond the age of 18.
