Lesley Curwen has worked in many parts of the BBC over the last decade including both radio and TV.

During the past year, she has covered major business and economic issues for 'The World Today' on World Service Radio.

This year, she reported on the Japanese economy for 'Assignment', and spent weeks in the US reporting on the saga of the failed energy giant Enron.

Lesley presented a Radio 4 series called 'The Old Lady', about the Bank of England - an exclusive behind-the-scenes guide to a 300-year old institution, broadcast in 2000.

Lesleys efforts were rewarded in 1998 when she was named Broadcaster of the Year by the Industrial Society.

She has spent time as a reporter for BBC2's Money Programme and has also presented The Financial World Tonight on Radio 5-Live.

Lesley presented a series for 5-Live called 'Ghosts', about tax evaders.

She has also reported for Business Breakfast on BBC1 TV, File on 4 on Radio 4, and presented 'WorkOut' a radio series about the workplace.

Lesley lives in Kent with her partner Martyn, a GP.
