Using internet links

BBC sites which cover a controversial or public policy matter should offer links to external sites which represent a reasonable range of views about the subject, provided this does not breach BBC taste and decency guidelines or the law (e.g. defamation or incitement to racial hatred).

It is particularly important that no group should use BBC online pages as a platform to promote political, controversial or commercial campaigns or for significant fundraising activity.
