Beyonce, Queen and Bono from U2 headline a huge concert in Cape Town, South Africa, to raise awareness of Africa's Aids plight.

Joining them will be artists such as Anastacia, Ms Dynamite and a host of African acts for the show, which will take place on 29 November.

The concert is part the 46664 initiative, spearheaded by Nelson Mandela.
