The Zimbabwean elections took place on Saturday
Five days after the elections, the political situation in Zimbabwe remains confused and confusing.
For the first time since 1980, the ruling Zanu PF party has failed to win a majority in parliament.
The results of the presidential election have not yet been declared.
However for the past two days the government-owned Herald newspaper has been hinting that a run-off between President Mugabe and the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) leader, Morgan Tsvangirai, appears to be the most likely outcome.
Zimbabwe's deputy information minister, Bright Matonga, says there is no question of Mr Mugabe stepping down if he fails to win the first round.
So how are ordinary people coping with this uncertainty?
