There is supposed to be a ceasefire agreement between the Islamic Courts Union and the Transitional Federal Government - that was brokered by the Arab League in Khartoum nearly three weeks ago - and discussions are due to resume later this week. But since the original deal there appears to be a new leadership in charge of the courts. So what does the government make of what's going on now?
