Help create a virtual quilt

Inspired by the first ever exhibition of British quilts at the Victoria and Albert museum in London, The Strand wants your help to create a virtual quilt.

Send in a square image - 50 x 50 pixels - with and original design on it, and we'll 'stitch' it into our virtual quilt.

This is the size of square we want. Small, we know but we feel sure you'll be able to create something unique and inspiring.

It can be anything you like, but please DO NOT use any copyright images.

You may have access to design software on your computer but if not, there are many free-to-use paint and design applications available online, you can find them by searching for 'free image editor'.
