The deadline is approaching for a Kenyan Parliamentary Committee to agree on a draft constitution ahead of a referendum to be held later this year.
The MP's have already decided on a two tier system of government.
But it appears other issues remain unresolved.
The meeting, being held in the town of Naivasha, was due to end today.
