African Union chairmanship

Preparations are underway in Ethiopia for the 14th summit of the African Union.

The focus of the meeting is Information and Communication Technology.

But the summit is also supposed to select a new rotating chairman as the Libyan leader, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's term comes to an end - but it seems that he may be reluctant to give up the chairmanship.
