Relatives of victims of Monday's Ethiopian airline crash off the coast of Lebanon are still trying to come to terms with the tragic event.

At least 90 people were on board the ill fated plane.

Until now, no survivors have been found. Inevitably questions are being asked.

Was the crash avoidable, was human error involved was it a faulty plane or the weather to blame?

There's been plenty of speculation that the weather was to blame, but the truth is pending an on-going invesitagation.

David Learmount is a journalist who specialises in aviation and he has been following this recent tragedy.
