Nigeria's High Court has given the government 14 days to pass a resolution that will determine whether President Umaru Yar'Adua is capable of performing his presidential duties.

It is just over two months now since the ailing Nigerian president left the country for treatment in Saudi Arabia.

The BBC's Chris Ewokor has been following developments in Abuja and spoke to Focus on Africa's Sophie Ikenye.
