Office workers in Ghana will be looking over their shoulders if they plan to watch matches played during the Africa Cup of Nations.

President John Atta Mills issued a directive last month banning civil servants from watching television during office hours.

To find out what's behind the move, Focus on Africa's David Amanor spoke to Ghana's Deputy Information Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
