New measures announced today will mean that passengers flying from some African countries to the United States are likely to face more stringent security checks.
This comes in the wake of the failed attempt to blow up a plane flying into Detroit on Christmas Day.
The alleged suicide bomber was 23 year old Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
