In the country's fourth elections since independence citizens across Namibia will be electing a president and parliament on Friday and Saturday.

President Hifikepunye Pohamba and his ruling Swapo party are expected to remain in power, but they face a fresh challenge from a break away party, the Rally for Democracy and Progress, headed by Hidipo Hamutenya.

Live from a polling station in Windhoek, our correspondent Frauke Jensen told Network Africa's Akwasi Sarpong what the mood was like in the country.
