Nigeria's former military ruler is believed to have siphoned some $2.2 billion from his country.

About one-sixth of that sum may be on its way back after the authorities in Switzerland ordered the confiscation of three hundred and fifty million dollars connected to Abacha's son, Abba.

A Swiss judge also found Abba Abacha guilty of belonging to a criminal organisation and gave him a suspended sentence.

It's the latest twist in a long and complicated case, as the BBC's Imogen Foulkes reports from Geneva.
