Kenya today take a significant step toward wide-ranging reforms with the launch of a new draft constitution.

A team of legal and constitutional experts have for the last 18 months been asking Kenyans how they want to see their country governed.

And after working through numerous drafts, the Committee of Experts on Constitutional Review (CoE) releases its harmonised draft for public debate later this morning.
