An editor who published pictures of a woman giving birth in a car park, and then sent them to government ministers, has been cleared of pornography charges.

The case has attracted massive publicity in Zambia.

Reporter Jo Fidgen in Lusaka has been covering the story.

BBC Focus on Africa's Hassan Arouni asked her who the editor was and why she decided to publish these pictures.
