World leaders have come together in Rome at a United Nations Food summit to address why people are still going hungry.

The meeting was called following last year's sharp rise in food prices and amid calls for greater investment in agriculture.

But, what are individual countries doing to try to address the challenge of feeding their people?

Focus on Africa's Hassan Arouni spoke to Ghana's Agriculture minister Kwesi Ahwoi, who is attending the meeting.
