An investigation has been launched in South Africa after a three year old boy was shot dead by the police this weekend.

It's believed officers at a township near Johannesburg were looking for a murder suspect when the incident happened.

South Africa's National Police Commissioner Bheki Cele spoke to BBC Network Africa's Bakibinga
