Are women better peace negotiators than men?

Female peace makers meeting in Nairobi will be discussing this issue and trying to promote the contribution they can make.

One of the delegates of the conference in Kenya is Santa Okot, she was involved in the protracted peace talks between the Ugandan government and the rebel Lord's Resistance Army (LRA).

The BBC's Paul Bakibinga asked Ms Okot why she was picked as a mediator?
