Kenya's leaders get visit from ICC chief

Today, Luis Moreno Ocampo, chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, is due to arrive in Kenya to meet with President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

This visit comes as a result of Kenya's failure to set up a local tribunal to try the perpetrators of last year's post-election violence.

Mr Ocampo has promised to deliver justice if Kenya's courts do not.

The Kenyan government says it will fully cooperate with Mr Ocampo, but does not plan on sending any Kenyans to the Hague, insisting the country's courts are up to the task of trying the 10 suspects whose names are in Mr Ocampo's possession.
