Nearly two years since the murderous post-election clashes in Kenya, doubts persist over how serious the government is about having the people who sponsored the violence brought to justice.

The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, has been in the Kenyan capital to try and resolve the matter.

Our reporter in Nairobi, Josphat Makori told BBC Focus on Africa's Hassan Arouni what Mr Moreno-Ocampo has been saying.
