Security tightens after militant threats

Registration has begun, of all Somalis entering Uganda, and all Somali refugees already there, following threats last week by militant islamist group Al-Shabab to launch attacks on Kampala and Bujumbura.

These are the capital cities of the two countries that have supplied troops for the African Union force that is defending Somalia's transitional government against the islamist insurgency in Somalia.
