The recession may be waning a little according to some economists but many of us are still suffering from the aftershock and if you were to ask people in the UK which group is to blame, many would say - bankers!
Yet, according to Juliet Asante, President of the Eagle Women Empowerment Club in Ghana, those really behind the whole crisis are simply, men.
At a just concluded summit in Accra which brought business women from the continent together with others from American Fortune 500 companies, Juliet said 'we wouldn't have been in this economic mess if women were in charge'.
The meeting was entitled 'Synchronizing global business - the new orientation for the African woman'.
Bola Mosuro first asked Juliet Asante about what that meant.
