Corrupt Catholic leaders in Africa should either repent or resign.

That's according to African Roman Catholic Bishops - who've just finished a three-week meeting at the Vatican.

The church also slammed multi-nationals for their "criminal devastation of the environment".

So who do the bishops mean?
