Following a recent visit to Conakry the UN's assistant secretary general for political affairs says that Guinea's military authorities have said they will fully co-operate UN investigations into last month's violence.
Scores of protesters were shot as they gathered to express their opposition to plans by the Junta leader Captain Musa Dadis Camara to contest presidential polls.
Mr. Camara denied responsibility for the killings arguing that he did not have full control over his soldiers.
