The building housing the foreign affairs ministry in Ghana has been gutted by fire.

The authorities have declared the ten-storey block a crime scene and arrested three people in connection with the incident.

It's the third fire incident at a government ministry in Ghana this year.

President John Atta Mills visited the site this morning.
