South Africa's far-right extremist party Afrikaaner Weirstance Beweging (AWB) will be meeting today in the hopes of regrouping.

The 1980's were the AWB's heyday when the former paramilitary movement fought restore what it calls an independent Afrikaaner state before South Africa's liberation.

But with the subsequent governments since 1994 AWB leader, Eugene Terreblance says he has lost faith with the ANC government.
