In eastern DR Congo, attempts by government soldiers to displace Rwandan Hutu rebels of the FDLR and the Ugandan rebel LRA have caused untold suffering to hundreds of thousands of civilians.
The violence, looting, burning and rape continue with impunity and the UN's largest peacekeeping force in the world seems powerless.
