One of the most wanted suspects in the 1994 Rwandan genocide has been arrested in the Ugandan capital, Kampala.

As intelligence chief, Idelphonse Nizeyimana is thought to have organised the killing of many ethnic Tutsis, including a much-revered queen.

An estimated 800,000 people were killed during the massacres fifteen years ago.

Joshua Mmali reports from Kampala.
