In Kenya extreme drought continues to devastate the northern parts of the country leading to food shortages.

But in a cruel twist of fate, other parts of the country are now experiencing floods.

For an update on the situation, Paul Bakibinga spoke to Kevin Mwachiro who was in Lodwar in the North of Western Kenya.
