There have been emotional scenes in Guinea as thousands of people tried to identify the bodies of their relatives
At least 150 people lost their lives on Monday when the military opened fire on opposition supporters attending a rally.
On a day when Guinea should be marking 51 years of independence, the bodies, once identified, were laid outside the mosque where Friday prayers were said.
Focus on Africa's Bilkisu Labaran spoke to a resident of Conakry who asked not to be named.
