In Uganda, a highly anticipated meeting between President Museveni and the king of Buganda, the largest ethnic grouping in the country, is scheduled to take place today.

The meeting comes just over two weeks after riots that rocked Kampala and surrounding areas when the government stopped the king or the Kabaka, from visiting an area that is part of his kingdom but inhabited by a community opposed to the King's authority.

More than 20 people were killed and dozens were wounded in the ensuing riots before calm was eventually restored.

Our reporter there, Joshua Mmali, now looks back at the riots in view of today's meeting.
