People in the Ugandan capital, Kampala are still trying to get over last week's riots.

It was the worst violence the city had seen in many years - with 21 people killed and 500 arrested.

The trouble was sparked by a dispute between the Baganda ethnic group and the government over where their traditional ruler - or the Kabaka - could visit.

At one time the government and the Baganda were close allies.

It's widely believed that President Yoweri Museveni wouldn't have won the bush war against the government of Milton Obote without their support.

So does President Museveni now have any regrets about giving the traditional kingdoms a role in the constitution?

The BBC's Joshua Mmali put that question to Mr Museveni.
