An alliance of losing candidates in last month's presidential election in Gabon, has called for a three-day stay-away starting today.

They're claiming that the poll - won by Ali Ben Bongo - was rigged.

Earlier this month, violence followed the announcement of the result in which at least three people died.

The election was called after the death of Ali Ben Bongo's father, Omar Bongo, who was in power for more than four decades.

So what's behind the call for a stay-away.

Veronique Edwards called up Mike Jocktane, the spokesman for Andre Mba Obame, the losing candidate who got the most votes.

We've voiced over his answers because of the quality of the line.
