How easy is it to set up a business where you are?

You may want a change of country because in this year's rankings in the Doing Business report compiled by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation- Rwanda has made the biggest strides in becoming business friendly.

The country has the added accolade of being the first sub-Saharan country to head the list as the top reformer since the first rankings six years ago.

But has this news come as a surprise?

Paul Bakibinga has been speaking to our Kigali reporter Geoffrey Mutagoma.
