A group of suspected pirates, picked up in the Seychelles, have been sent back to Somalia.
They were repatriated because authorities in the Seychelles say there was a lack of evidence to prosecute them.
However, their flight back to Somali involved a stop-over in the Kenyan Capital, Nairobi, causing some controversy as the BBC's Ruth Nesoba reports.
