Tainted alcohol claims lives in Uganda

In Uganda, 19 people have died after drinking contaminated alcohol - eight others have developed health complications.
This was announced today by the Ministry of Health, following investigations that were prompted by reports of deaths from a strange illness that renders victims blind before killing them.
