Is it bad, immoral, an age old practice, just a bit of fun or nothing to get your knickers in a twist about?

The government of Rwanda certainly isn't taking the apparent growing trend of sugar daddies and sugar mummies lightly.

They have launched a series of campaigns which they hope will dissuade both the experienced and innocent from embarking on such relationships.

In Kigali, Weekend Network's Geoffrey Mutagoma has been investigating.
