Hundreds of thousands of Somali refugees are now trapped in horrifically overcrowded or poorly managed camps in Somalia, Ethiopia and Kenya.
A report released by Oxfam says poor sanitation and a lack of access to basic services such as water and medicine are creating a public health emergency in camps.
