'No music day' in Nigeria

Imagine turning on the radio and hearing no trace of your local music at all.

Well Nigerians woke up to just that, as some broadcasters observed a 'no music day' call by musicians protesting what they call failure by the authorities to protect them from the activities of pirates.

Fidelis Mbah, our reporter in Lagos, monitored some of the radio stations.
