African Union climate change meeting

African nations are coming together to see if they can finally agree on how to respond to the threat posed by climate change.

The meeting began today in the African Union headquarters in Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa.

They are hoping this will put them in a stronger position at global negotiations in December.

Talk of compensation for damage already caused by global warming is high on the agenda.
