One of the sacked Nigerian bank executives, now on the run, is Erastus Akingbola of Intercontinental Bank.
He was in London when he heard about his dismissal and has chosen not to return to Nigeria.
Focus on Africa's Peter Okwoche spoke to his lawyer, Mike Igbokwe, and asked him what Mr Akingbola's reaction was to his sacking.
