South African president Jacob Zuma leaves Angola later today after a two-day state visit.

Mr Zuma, who was accompanied by 11 government ministers and a large trade delegation, used his time in Angola to cement economic relations and boost trade between the two countries.

A number of bilateral agreements were signed in areas such as transport, commerce and industry.

Angolan president Jose Eduardo Dos Santos hailed the visit as the start of a new era of co-operation between Africa's biggest economy and its biggest oil producer.

Louise Redvers reports from Luanda on what Mr Zuma achieved during his time in Angola.
