The last element to the peace deal between Ethiopia and Eritrea should be decided today.
When the two countries agreed to end their border war in 2000, the treaty set up a number of commissions and today what's called the Claims Commission should let the two countries know what compensation they should pay each other for the damages inflicted during the war.
So, what is the significance?
The BBC's Martin Plaut, spoke to my colleague Mary Morgan and started by giving the background to the conflict between the two countries.
